Nature of the service

Rushd is a platform that helps your company assess its governance maturity by requesting documented evidence for each requirement, analyzing it automatically, and generating a report and maturity score. This MVP covers a limited set of governance domains and is not a substitute for specialized legal or governance consulting.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account and your team's login credentials confidential. Automated document analysis results are guidance, not final legal opinion — human review is recommended for critical decisions.

Limits of automated analysis

The AI engine relies on reading text from documents (PDF, Word, Excel, images via OCR where available). It may be unable to read some files (e.g., scanned images without OCR) — in that case it tells you clearly rather than assuming an incorrect result.

Availability and changes

This is an MVP under continuous development; features may change, be added, or removed without extended prior notice during this phase.

Account termination

You may request closure of your company account at any time by contacting the platform operator.
